Mrs Bo Ou Mander


Bo grew up in China during the cultural revolution, attending a Wushu (Chinese martial arts) boarding school from the age of 8. Following a four year degree course specialising in the teaching of Wushu, she went to Beijing to deepen her study of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Bo had individual training from some of the teachers responsible for well known forms. Bo later trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and did her clinical practice in both China and the UK.


Bo is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. BAcC is the UK’s leading regulatory body for the practice of traditional acupuncture. Bo is also a member of the Register  of Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM) and a Senior Associate Member at the Royal Society of Medicine


She is a reviewer at Elsevier for the European Journal of Integrative Medicine, and working for Anxiety UK.


Bo runs a private practice in Old Catton, Norwich. Bo’s special interests include Pain, Muscular Disorders, Fertility, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Digestive and Respiratory Conditions, Fatigue, Allergic Disorders, Vertigo, Insomnia, Anxiety and supporting patients who suffer from cancer.
